We are a Lutheran school supported and operated by Lord of Life Lutheran Church, but both the church and the school are part of a larger Lutheran church body, the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS). We are also affiliated with a Lutheran High School, Rocky Mountain Lutheran High School (RMLHS), and we consider ourselves a “feeder school” for RMLHS.
It has been a trademark of our 300+ school of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) in the United States to test higher than any other schools around the country. Our own teachers have been trained at nationally accredited educational colleges. They use multiple teaching strategies to reach each individual child, and our small classroom sizes help to get that individualized attention. The children not only recieve academic training, but also are taught in visual and performing arts, as well as physical education.
Our teachers show a deep care and concern for the whole child- spiritually, educationally, and socially.

Mr. Fax was born in Madison WI, and prior to moving to Colorado had lived in Madison pretty much his whole life! He attended Eastside Lutheran School for Grades K-8 and then Lakeside Lutheran High School for Grades 9-12, both of which contained many positive teacher role models that inspired Mr. Fax’s own love for teaching!
After graduating from Martin Luther College in December 2013, Mr. Fax substituted at a variety of different schools around the Madison area until May 2014, when he was assigned to teach 5th and 6th grade, assist in the athletic department, and lead youth group activities! If you know of any scenic hiking areas or anything else of the sort, let him know!
Living in Colorado has been a refreshing experience and Mr. Fax has enjoyed every bit of it so far. He looks forward to finding new and exciting ways to appeal to every type of learner and provide as many hands-on learning experiences in addition to traditional ones!
